Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the Into the Unknown Retreat, I voluntarily agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand participation is voluntary and I may decline or stop any activity at any time.

Activities

Activities may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, guided hypnosis, sound healing, hiking,

dance/movement, forest bathing, cacao ceremony, and optional wellness experiences such as

sauna or cold plunge if offered. I understand these activities involve inherent physical and

emotional risks.

Health Acknowledgment

I confirm I am physically and mentally able to participate. I have disclosed any relevant medical

conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect my participation. I will stop

any activity if I feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or emotional distress.

Not Medical Care

I understand this retreat is for educational and wellness purposes only and is not medical,

psychological, or mental health treatment.

Emotional Experiences

I understand that meditation, breathwork, guided hypnosis, and other contemplative practices may

evoke emotional responses. I accept responsibility for honoring my own physical and emotional

limits.

Emergency Care

If I am unable to provide consent during an emergency, I authorize Live More Life to seek

appropriate emergency medical care on my behalf. I understand I am responsible for any

associated costs.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless Live More Life, LLC, its

owners, facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and Spirit Camp from claims arising from my voluntary

participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Personal Property

I am responsible for my personal belongings during the retreat.

Photography & Media

I understand photographs and video may be taken during the retreat and may be used by Live More

Life for marketing purposes unless I notify Live More Life in writing before the retreat that I wish toopt out.

Acknowledgment

I have read and understand this waiver, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily

accept these terms.
