ReWilding with Katie

A Weekend to Come Home to Yourself

Life moves fast. Between caring for others, meeting expectations, and keeping up with everyday demands, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.

Into the Unknown was created as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and ReWild.

Not by becoming someone new—but by remembering who you’ve always been.

For four days and three nights, we’ll gather beneath the towering redwoods of Spirit Camp Retreat Center, where Redwood trees become the backdrop for movement, stillness, laughter, curiosity, and meaningful connection.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, rest, inspiration, or simply space to breathe, you’re welcome here.

What You’ll Experience

Each day is thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and the people around you.

Together we’ll experience:

• Daily Yoga & Guided Meditation

• Somatic Breathwork by Jessie Adams of LifeForceIntegration

• Group hypnosis

• Sound healing

• Fire ceremonies

• Nature walks beneath the redwoods

• Cacao Ceremony & Forest Frolic

• Meaningful conversations

• Free time to rest, reflect, or simply be

A Technology-Free Retreat

Into the Unknown is a sober and technology-free experience.

To fully immerse yourself in the retreat, we ask guests to keep phones tucked away throughout the weekend and use them only when truly necessary. By stepping away from technology, we create space for deeper presence, more meaningful connection, and a genuine opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.

We invite you to unplug so you can fully plug into the experience.

There are no prerequisites

Come exactly as you are.

Meet Your Guides

Hi, I’m Katie.

For years I’ve watched what happens when people are given permission to slow down, and step outside their daily routines. Something beautiful emerges: clarity, genuine connection, courage, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified QHHT hypnotherapist, Reiki Master practitioner, and personal trainer with a deep passion for creating experiences that help people transform their lives.

Into the Unknown brings together many of the practices that have most profoundly shaped my own life, and it’s an honor to share them with you.

Alongside me is my husband, Kyle, who is my biggest fan, and the love of my life. He holds space for me every day to grow and evolve. I’m honored and overjoyed he will be a part of this journey.

I’m beyond grateful to introduce my dear soul sister Jessie Adams, from Life Force Integration, as she’ll be guiding us through her transformational Somatic Breathwork Ceremony.

And I cannot wait for you to meet my chef, James Sant, from Plant Food Culinary, who will be sharing his passion for cuisine with us throughout our shared time. The menu will be a seasonal, omnivores delight, including daily desserts, with options for dietary preferences and restrictions. None shall leave hungry.

Together, we’re excited to welcome you into this experience.

Why Spirit Camp Retreat Center?

Nestled among the majestic redwoods of Mendocino County, Spirit Camp is more than a retreat venue—it’s part of the experience.

Towering trees, fresh forest air, crackling campfires, quiet trails, and star-filled skies create the perfect environment to unplug from the noise and reconnect with what matters most.

Something shifts when you’re surrounded by nature.

We can’t wait for you to experience it.
