Into the Unknown Retreat

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hosted by Live More Life, LLC

We understand that plans can change. Because retreat planning requires advance commitments

for lodging, meals, staffing, and activities, the following cancellation policy applies to all

registrations.

Refund Schedule

• 90 or more days before the retreat: 100% refund.

• 60–89 days before the retreat: 75% refund.

• 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund.

Waitlist

If we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a larger refund.

Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from Live More

Life. The new participant must complete all required registration forms, waivers, and agreements

before attending.

Retreat Cancellation

If Live More Life cancels the retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all

amounts paid to Live More Life.

Travel

Travel expenses, airfare, transportation, lodging outside the retreat, and other personal expenses

are the responsibility of the participant and are not reimbursable by Live More Life. Travel insurance

is strongly recommended.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. The time required for funds to appear depends on

the participant's payment provider or financial institution.
